1. Introduction

Welcome to AIHub (Atelier Informatique Hub), an on-demand educational platform operated by JSP Computer Education.

By accessing, requesting, or participating in any AIHub workshop, bootcamp, or masterclass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use AIHub services.

2. Scope of Services

AIHub provides:

Short workshops (1–6 days)
Bootcamps (up to several weeks)
Masterclasses
Enterprise and institutional training
Online, onsite, or hybrid learning experiences

3. Eligibility

AIHub services are available to:

Students (minimum group requirements may apply)
Professionals
Enterprises and organizations

Participants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request.

AIHub reserves the right to refuse or cancel requests that do not meet its criteria.

4. Workshop Requests & Confirmation

Submitting a workshop request does not guarantee availability.

A workshop is considered confirmed only when:

AIHub approves the request, and
Terms, schedule, and pricing are agreed upon, and
Payment terms (if applicable) are met

AIHub may propose alternative dates, formats, or content when necessary.

5. Pricing & Payments

Pricing varies based on workshop type, duration, format, and customization
Final pricing is communicated before confirmation
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms
Failure to pay may result in cancellation or postponement

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of taxes and applicable fees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

By Participants

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in advance
Fees or penalties may apply depending on timing and preparation work

By AIHub

AIHub reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to:

Instructor availability
Force majeure events
Insufficient participants
Technical or logistical constraints

7. Intellectual Property

All AIHub materials, including:

Content
Slides
Code samples
Recordings
Exercises

are the intellectual property of JSP Computer Education or its instructors.

Participants may use materials for personal or internal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

Respect instructors and other participants
Use platforms and tools responsibly
Not disrupt sessions or misuse content

AIHub reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards, without refund.

9. Technology & Online Access

For online or hybrid workshops:

Participants are responsible for stable internet access
AIHub is not liable for disruptions caused by participant-side technical issues

10. Limitation of Liability

AIHub and JSP Computer Education shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Career outcomes or employment guarantees
Loss resulting from misuse of training content

Training is provided for educational purposes only.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the AIHub Privacy Policy.

By using AIHub services, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to deliver the services.

12. Modifications

AIHub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of AIHub services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws under which JSP Computer Education operates.
